WORK
Complimentary
consultations
Complimentary Consultations (Online)
30 minutes
Complimentary Consultation sessions across both Personal Transformation and Practice Building offerings provide an opportunity to explore client-practitioner fit (what it's like to work with Cri), theoretical and methodological approaches, and psychosomatic frameworks while articulating prospective client's specific needs, goals, challenges, and areas that require support.
For those considering Personal Transformation sessions, the exploration touches upon how our somatic, bottom-up approach to mind-body integration facilitates the processing of trauma and the release of chronically held stress and tension in the body.
For practitioners, creatives, and entrepreneurs in the alternative health sector looking to build, refine, or launch their private practice through Practice Building, strategies grounded in brand marketing and systems design are addressed and implemented to align work and values while developing a cohesive, thriving practice.
These sessions aim to clarify how Messwork can best support a client's transformation and ongoing creative processes personally and professionally.
Personal
Transformation
Sessions
Personal Transformation Sessions (Online)
50 - 90 minutes
Personal Transformation sessions employ a bottom-up approach to the psyche, utilising somatic interventions and techniques to address chronically held stress and trauma in the body. While prioritising mind-body integration and working with and through the body’s wisdom, clients are supported in integrating their fragmented parts, fostering a more grounded, authentic, energised, and empowered existence while cultivating a deepened awareness and resilience.
PRACTICE BUILDING
Sessions
Practice Building Sessions (Online)
50 - 90 minutes
Practice Building sessions for creatives, somatic practitioners, and alternative health professionals offer comprehensive guidance, strategy, and curricular resources grounded in brand marketing and systems design. These sessions are intended to assist in building, launching, and expanding ever-evolving private practices. Combining somatic principles with expertise in Communications Design, Cri facilitates practitioners in defining and articulating their core offerings, which are grounded in innate values and translated across diverse mediums and platforms, creating cohesive and integrated practices and offerings. Practitioners are buttressed in navigating the complexities of establishing and managing their ventures, embracing the organic messiness of growth, and aligning their work with their creative calling.
PASSAGES PROCESS
GROUP
Passages Process Group: A Somatic Offering for Women (In Person)
120 minutes
Passages is an in-person somatic process group for women based in New York City. Co-designed and co-facilitated by Cri Gabriele and colleague and peer Lauraine Mann, Passages is rooted in the evolving process of personal growth. It creates a dynamic space to deepen self-awareness and cultivate resilience while fostering authentic connections with self and others.
Inspired by the concept of Passage - walks and movements within our interior self while in relationships with others - the group invites participants to explore patterns, emotions, experiences, needs, boundaries, self-expression, relational dynamics, and inner landscapes while developing resilience and capacity to feel with the support of practical tools, a buttressed community and grounded horizontal leadership.
Running in 3-month cycles at a time, Passages supports an intentional and engaged community, with interviews conducted between cycles to thoughtfully welcome new participants.
EMBODIED MAKING
WORKSHOP
Embodied Making Workshop: Collage, Creativity, and Parts-Work (Online & In-Person)
90 - 180 minutes
Embodied Making offers a distinct fusion of somatic psychology practices and the intuitive art of collage-making, designed to cultivate creativity and self-awareness (of our whole and parts) through the wisdom of the body. Participants will explore carefully curated techniques, including mindful breathing, body scans, resourcing, and visualisation exercises, enabling a deeper connection with one's environment, the tools at hand, and the artistic collages created. Whether you're an experienced artist or designer or simply curious about the transformative potential of somatic practices and creativity, Embodied Making offers a holistic approach to self-expression and healing in a supportive and enriching environment.
